INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
In case of inclement weather, Life Works Community follows the decision policies of the Denton Independent School District.
From their website:
“The decision to close schools based on inclement weather is made by 6:30 a.m. when possible. School closing decisions are reported on the Denton ISD website, (X) Twitter account and Facebook page; major local television and radio stations also broadcast school closings. Closings are also announced on the district’s main telephone line at 940-369-0000.”
So, if the Denton schools are closed due to weather, Life Works Community is closed also.
If Life Works Community is closed, it is still your responsibility to cancel any rides you have scheduled with SPAN or DCTA.
